Absolute quiet and ideal--away from the party scene of Tulum. 5 minutes from the Mayan ruins by bike. Absolutely loved it and will be returning again and again! "

"it is 20 mins walk away from the Maya Ruins, we didnt chekc that in the first day. And there are free electric busses that take you the ruins in less than 10 minutes"

"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...
