"Fantastic location in Tulum, located near many restaurants and various taco stalls. 2 pools to toggle between to beat the heat. Very clean facility. Emmanuel in particular was super helpful with organizing our airport transport and ensuring we had a child seat for our 2 year old daughter. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had about beaches, cenotes and everything in between. Would definitely recommend! Additionally, if you splurge for a PH suite, you get access to your own...

"Very deceptive listing and communications. While we were staying in this building it was still under construction, so was noisy, dusty, missing appliances, with construction workers everywhere. The pool on the the roof is a nice touch but not relaxing at all as is directly opposite another noisy building site. We were expecting much better after viewing the photos and description - there was no kitchen, laundry facilities, balcony, sofa or even a window to the outside! There were also frequent...

"Absolutely loved my time at Moxy. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Rooms are nothing grand but for one person maybe two it’s perfect. You don’t spend much time in your room anyways. Patito is a cute hidden gem and they have decent food. Location is in the middle of hotel zone and centro. The best part of the stay was most definitely the staff!"
