The staff is really nice and accommodating. The property is nice, quiet and safe. It is in the heart of Tulum so everything around was easily accessible. I just had mosquitoes and wet floor that caused me a little bit of inconvenience which was nicely handled by the whole staff. I appreciate their service, hence i enjoyed my stay at Pacha!

There is a convenience store next to it and a grocery store across the street. The public transportation stop is also very close and downtown is only a few blocks away. For some reason my reservation didn't show up in the system when i arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and provided me an upgrade so I was happy. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and other nice touches, like a variety of teas, q tips, and fancy shampoo and conditioner. All of the staff were very nice, and spoke perfect English (and other languages) and provided helpful tips for my visit. The hotel is in a convenient location where it's located near the nice grocery store and downtown is walkable. I'm not sure that I'll be back to Tulum, but if I do come back, I would stay here again.

hello my name is Amadou, I just completed my stay at Pacha and it was a WONDERFUL experience. First off the customer service was nice and friendly from every employee we encountered! Very helpful and gave us great recommendations through the city of Tulum. The Presidential suite was excellent! Bed was cozy, bathroom setup was nice, living room area was beautiful and A/C was COLD!!!! you’ll need that bad in the Tulum heat. Pool upstairs was nice and clean as well! Overall we enjoyed our experience and would recommend this hotel
