"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

"Located about halfway between central London and Heathrow. This seemed a good location especially for the price. The only thing that I would prefer is to have round-the-clock live person reception, but that usually costs more. The restaurant downstairs was nice."

"I had a great stay at the Brewer's Inn. The room was very nice and quiet. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Check in and check out was quick and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
