This is a charming, new hotel. As long as stairs are not a problem for you this is a great place to explore London from the West Side. It is walkable to the Thames and bus stops were everywhere. There is a charming pub on the first floor and the staff is all friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely and I was very happy with my stay!

Beautifully presented room with a super comfortable bed, and most importantly, quality pillows. Well equipped with a coffee machine and pods, and if you need it a well stocked mini bar. Great shower and fluffy white towels. Excellent and convenient bedside usb and electric sockets. Great communication and easy check in. Lovely bar downstairs and all the amenities that Chelsea has to offer close by. 15 min walk from Gloucester Rd or South Kensington tube so very convenient for centre of London. We will stay again- strongly recommended.
