We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

Prime choice in beautiful city

Bruce the owner met us to help with luggage up the long single flight of indoor stairs leading to our apt, on second floor. There is no elevator. AC is portable, stationed in LR, but not helpful for bedroom spaces. We also inquired about better air flow at night while sleeping and he brought a fan for each bedroom. First time staying n at Hsrd Rock hotel. Was very impressed and will definitely be staying at a Hard Rock again.

Beautiful hotel on the waterfront. Well appointed. Only drawback was that some noises travelled and can be heard through vents/walls.

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

Rawley is a well situated beautiful beautique hotel right on glousters pool ( which is connected to and right above Georgian bay ) . I had traveled 7 hours to get there and what i got there was more then what i expected everything was easy going staff was super nice food was very good water park was for every age and size just not kids. The room we got was perfect and at night you can sleep very good and quiet will definitely drive another 6 to 7 hours to stay there loved the place.

Food was delicious for 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner!! Facility very well landscaped. Staff very friendly. Convenient parking. Would stay there again!!

Great location! We found Ottawa to be very walkable from the Alt Hotel. Their bar and bartenders is excellent, and we enjoyed a few rounds of pool as well. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. It's a little further away from the falls but it's right by the WEGO bus stops. Both north and south. Very convenient. Love the kitchenette and the staff was very nice.

Overall our stay was great and will be back next year! Negatives I want to point out were some pink mold on shower grout, weird unpleasant smell from one of the bedroom air conditioning units(we had a 2 bedroom suite) and beds could be more comfortable. The good things were very well kept hotel recently renovated, smelled wonderful except room AC, indoor pool, great staff, great breakfast, and good location. Really was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

It’s a beautiful place, clean comfortable. The view from the bar restaurant on the field was amazing! The pool was a bit of a walk however well worth it clean the hot tub was toasty warm.
