The rooms have been updated. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Nothing stood out as being bad. There used to be 20 level 2 EV chargers in the garage but now only 3 near the exit on P1. The hotel doesn’t own or operate the parking but they seemed unaware of the location of the chargers.

I had an amazing stay in July 2026 at Novotel Toronto North York. Room is huge with an amazing wall design. Sheets are clean and smells good. The room smells good. Location is perfect for shopping, cinema, good restaurants and the nearby event place where we performed is just a few minutes walk. Hotel employees from the time I checked in to my check out are friendly, respectful and helpful - with a ready smile always. The amenities are very good and there is a restaurant at the main floor that serves good food with friendly staff. Overall rating: 101% and will stay there again when I come back to Toronto soon.

We had such a good experience staying in the hotel during May holiday long weekend. It was clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. The hotel has excellent location in the city center and not feel any noise. There are many coffee shops, bars, and various restaurants. I'd highly recommend the hotel to people who are looking for leisure.
