"Es una empresa irresponsable de peor… reserve hace más de un mes (5 Marzo) y tienen retenida la cantidad. Nadie se hace responsable para devolver el dinero. Pésimo servicio me están contando 2 veces la reservación.
This is an utterly irresponsible company—one of the worst. I made a reservation over a month ago (March 5th), and they are still holding the funds. No one is taking responsibility for refunding the money.
Terrible service—they are charging me twice for the reservation."
