We had an amazing experience, valet and front desk were friendly room were ver clean. The only thing i would complain about is a clump of hair in my shower floor which is probably just a mistake, everyone was very polite and helpful. It is walking distance to most attractions and stores.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Location and amenities good. However, the room floor was tilted, the bed was so uncomfortable and the room shades got stuck and staff had to fix. The beach view was a stretch! Did I mention that the water pressure in the shower was horrible!

Congess Hall is an iconic American Victorian preserved property Hotel that is one of the main cornerstones, if not The Main cornerstone of Cape May and it boasts lovely views, top notch amenities and great service all around. If you are looking to enjoy Cape May in all of its' historical splendor as well as enjoying great entertainment, top notch food, terrific shopping, spectacular seashore views all within a walk out of your hotel, then this is the place for you and your family. It never disappoints and always provides something new and interesting to discover, either on the property or within the Cape May Island itself. If it was good enough for 3 American presidents, then it certainly is good enough for us citizens. lol Enjoy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Congress Hall. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was truly unforgettable—rich with historic charm and character that made the entire experience feel special. Our early May stay was in the off-season, so some understandable repair and cleanup operations were in progress. The staff were generally good, friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff are professional and it (The Blue Pig) is very good in quality. There has no doubt been a staff turnover and some of the newer staff members are still in the training process. It’s a great location with a beautiful view and worth giving a look.
