We had a nice time. Going in October, we missed the crowds but it was still warm enough to see what Cape May had to offer. The hotel was in a great location. The staff was warm and welcoming. Albert, the shuttle driver, was especially kind and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! We had a wonderful stay at ICONA Cape May! The room was great, comfortable, and clean, and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient and made getting around so easy. We also loved the beach chair service—it made spending the day at the beach completely stress-free. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s a small boutique hotel. As soon as you walk in it’s smells clean. My room was spotless and I’m a germaphobe. Even the carpet looked clean. There was no mold in the shower. The parking is minimal so you might have to park in the street and pay but there free transportation is amazing. That in itself was worth the price of admission. I’d definitely stay there again.
