"The room was ridiculously small, only one small chair, no place for a couple to sit and relax. The shower was outdated, a small tub with a shower head. Food was way over priced even with the $15 “credit”. Staff tried to be quite pleasant and helpful. "
"No coffee maker or hot kettle in room, and no make-up remover wipes in bathroom. Was shocked to be put in the literal basement with no windows in the room. Other than those things, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable."

"I am a long time Marriott customer. This hotel is nice and modern but misses on the basics. The size of the room is smaller than an inside cruise ship room. Example you can only access bed from one side. The bed was hard, the pillows were way too thick to sleep on. There was no bed sheet with required you to use the duvet which was way too hot. "
"Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing location. The situation with sound isolation is terrible. I could not sleep as there was non-stop construction works right next to hotel and my windows were looking right there. I understand that things can happen outside, but hotel needs to invest in sound proof windows…"
