The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good but the walls are very thin and you can hear whole conversations done in the next room, even with just regular voice.

Room was clean, we did have to take out a couple of spiders though, and you could hear every step the people above us took. Stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night when breakfast buffet was not offered. Staff seemed friendly and were helpful.

Best to book the lake view rooms and the other half are facing carpark. The lake is serene and nice as well as the location. 30 minutes drive away to Boston downtown and you enjoy a quiet and nice accommodation. There are some restaurants within 10-15 drive from the hotel.

This is an old property, with no elevators. The view of the lake is lovely, if you have a lakeside room, which we did not.
