The room was great and the staff were very helpful. What we really liked was the hotel shuttle to downtown. It is almost impossible to park downtown, so the shuttle made seeing town very enjoyable.

8/10 Very good

The lobby area was great. Although the room felt a bit sparse- seemed to be missing local charm. And we didn’t realize it was right at the end of the airport- we could have walked to it, instead we had a $23 taxi fee. The staff was outstanding- probably some of the warmest folks I have ever experienced. They offered shuttles into town, and offered complimentary bikes to ride, although the e-bikes were already out, so we couldn’t do the long ride. Overall, we had a great experience in Nantucket.

My family and I recently stayed at the Nantucket Inn. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and made our stay even better. The property is very nice with 2 pools, lots of bikes available and vans to take you to the beach or town. We would definitely stay again.
