This is in a quiet location. We have stayed here multiple times. It never disappoints.

I stayed here with my daughter on Sat April 30, 2016. We came to KS from Iowa to pick up a puppy. What a surprise this place was! The cost was very inexpensive. The place looked newly remodeled. There was lots of space in the room and the bed was fabulous. We had a nice continental breakfast on Sunday.

Absolutely the best place to stay! Impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, super breakfast. Located on the edge of town (interstate accessible), nice walking area for your pets, ATM available, in house bar, reasonable price.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here diving from Kansas to Colorado and we will stay again. Avid is wonderful for the price. The rooms are clean I love that there is no carpet so you know the floors are clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is so friendly.

It was easy enough to find. Clean enough, roomier than I expected which is nice. Nothing right around there but most things are a short drive.

Pool and hot tub were in working condition - a little on the old side. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Friendly environment. Good, hot breakfast selection. Would stay there again.

Liked the laminate floors in the rooms, feels like it can be cleaned better than just vacuuming a carpet.

Really nice hotel. We got in late. The clerk at the front desk was sweet as honey. The hotel looks just like all of the pictures. Swank! Cozy! Clean! Even though it seems mega-grody to even think about someone else - thousands of other people - using the same bedding, the pillows really are the best. You have to trust that they are cleaned properly so as not to worry about it. My ratings are high because I paid a lot and everything looked brand new, I saw nothing amiss. Hotel located in a central place near everything. Nice theme, clean, perfect staff and spacious room. Varieties of water slides to accomodate every age. Love it and will go again. Had wonderful time.
