Angie and Cheyenne were amazing hosts. They provided us with so many different options in town for activities, food, and entertainment. This hotel was just renovated and the upgrades are excellent. So many nice details throughout the property literally making you feel like you’re at your own home. The room we had was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Location is excellent. Beautiful spot with lovely views. It was great coming into a warm cabin that was extremely clean. One of the best places I have stayed in all of Alaska.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the property. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed our time here and honestly would have loved to stay longer! We will definitely recommend this property to others and would be happy to stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel complex close to the Antique Car Museum, hiking trails and probably the best Northern Lights viewing location inside Fairbanks. We signed up for wake up aurora phone calls and the staff was totally on it both nights - a short walk to Creamer's Field would get you to a nice aurora viewing area. If you are planning on staying in one of their "Larger Motel/Hotel Rooms" that are advertised to fit 5 people comfortably, do not plan on staying in the room for long periods of time. The room was very nice and tidy but extremely small. When you add the two bunk beds each with a Double bed on the bottom and a twin on top the room becomes almost claustrophobic. We were lucky to be traveling in the low season and were able to upgrade to the Oldtowne Studio Apartments. These accommodations...

Easy access to the airport. The queen beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good assortment of breakfast items. Large room and staff did get us close to the elevator as we requested. It’s not really close to anything if you are walking, so definitely do door dash or have a car. Felt very safe and in a quite residential area right next to airport. Did not have noise issues either. Would stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay! The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. One of the biggest things that can ruin a stay is an unpleasant smell — but not here! There was absolutely no bad odor anywhere in the hotel. Everything was so clean, it’s honestly hard to find anything to complain about! 😄 Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise — very diverse with options like omelets, crispy bacon, hash browns, toast, oatmeal etc. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will definitely choose...

We actually have a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The complex has a forest trail and an automobile museum on site. The buildings are well maintained. The free shuttle to railroad depot and airport is very easy to use.

Historic Hotel restored at Ft. Seeard

Staff was very warm and welcoming! Room was clean. Beds were fairly comfortable, just a bit firmer than I am used to. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Loved the Alaskan made gifts in the gift shop, and very reasonably priced.

Dealing with the cruise people was sort of a pain. The wait staff in the lounge needed to brush up on alcohol names and cocktails. Your POS was not up to date as I could see bottles on the shelf but had to argue with the waitress that you in deed had it in stock. The rooms were run down and used. Facelift needed. It was a clean as it could be

Upon arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night at Fairbanks, the hotel staff was wonderful. Our room keys were ready to go and absolutely no hassle. We were able to store our luggage for our excursion to the Arctic Circle until the next morning before departing on the train. The hotel was kind enough to provide a shuttle for approximately 8 of us taking the train that morning. Will definitely look into staying here again on our next adventure to Alaska and Fairbanks.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, very friendly staff with a lot of recommendations and we had fun at the attached lounge.

Arrived at 4:00 am. The staff was very helpful in getting us a shuttle from the airport and getting us checked in quickly.

Very nice breakfast, shuttle service and beds were new. Quiet room. Clean room. Property dirty and run down.
