Wonderful apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. The on-facility laundry was a great added bonus! Thank you!

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we go to the Peninsula. Staff is always friendly and helpful. During this stay our full sized refrigerator and freezer stopped working on day two. They immediately swapped it out for a new one. While we we’re waiting for the new unit to cool down to temperature the manager went out and bought 5 bags of ice to help keep food cold in our coolers. She also compensated us $100 for the food that did get ruined. We’ve already booked our stay for next...

The room was very clean. It had newer amenities. Very nice updated linens. It had a nice flat screen TV. The views were amazing. You can lay on your bed and take in the breath taking views.

Called from airport using courtesy phone and van came to pick us up in minutes. Each time we needed to go to town it was prompt in drop off and pick up. Easy to schedule van for departure. The airport is very close. Shuttle even took us to Garry's Meat where we picked up salmon roe (cheaper than at the store). Staff was very friendly and we were able to get early check in. Breakfast was great, able to fill up before heading out for the day.

Location was a big draw . I would stay again for cleanses and a superior staff. Michael from 2nd shift thoughtful and kind went way above to make sure we were able to accomplish a lifetime goal of seeing the northern lights.

The free airport shuttle required a reservation. They don't seem to have a regular schedule. When I arrived at the airport, my phone wasn't working so I went to the main hotel call board, but they were not listed with the other hotels. Be prepared for a taxi instead.

Awesome desk employee helped get a room better for my wife’s condition on the first floor and I treated him with a taco for his help!! We are so very pleased with the staff for their above and beyond attention!!

All I can say is, wow. Enjoyed the gas fireplace in the room and the extra space to go out on the balcony and watch the world go by was pretty cool.

I really liked that all 6 of us were able to share our one room and the breakfast in the morning was also great.

Very clean and had everything we needed and then some. We didn't cook or do laundry but could have. The bed was very firm but I'd much rather have that than too soft. It was not close to restaurants however so we did a lot of walking.

We actually have a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The complex has a forest trail and an automobile museum on site. The buildings are well maintained. The free shuttle to railroad depot and airport is very easy to use.

The room was a good value for the money however the walls are pretty thin and my neighbor played their tv well past midnight loud enough that I could hear it through the wall. I notify the front desk but there was no change in the TV volume Enforcement of the required quiet hours policy would be nice to see that it is carried out.

Great stay for a 5 day fishing trip. Clean and safe. Right in town so it was also very convenient.

The young man at the front desk was super friendly and kept a smile on his face even though he had a line out the door at check in time. He deserves a raise.

Good central location to the Kenai peninsula. Restaurant and bar attached was nice. Area was a bit rundown.
