"The lodge was beautiful with a beautiful deck overlooking Denali mountain range. The facilities were beautiful with a wonderful treehouse and firepit area with evening bar and hot chocolate. The staff was overworked. There are numerous buses that come and go making it difficult for them to care and serve guest in a welcoming way. The lodge provided no coffee or cold water area for guest. A guest could not get a simple coffee or snack when the lodge restaurants were closed. Our room offered no coffee or hot water pot, no refrigerator or microwave for convenience. During our trip this was the only room that did not offer these conveniences."
