If I could permanently live at Little Shore I would! The property is brand new and we stayed in a villa during their soft opening, so there was still construction going on. Because it is a new property there are still some minor kinks to work out, but the service is absolutely immaculate! The A/C in our bathroom had very poor air flow, so it was a bit warm at times. They offered to move us to a different room, but it wasn't that big of a deal to us so we declined. They placed a portable A/C unit...

Everything was great. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms (including beds) were comfortable and the bathrooms simple but nice. The staff provide a simple but good breakfast (Western-style) to get your day started. The location is on the key side-street that leads to the beach, and is among restaurants, tour agencies, shops, and some bars (present but not bothersome). Nice property with nice people individual bungalows, kind of a funny part of town, not touristy at all. But the prices are very inexpensive. Also, good place to land after scuba diving as it is near the dock.

We really enjoyed this great resort: excellent location near the beach, friendly staff, quiet and wonderfully decorated. Breakfast was very good, and they prepared for us a "happy honeymoon" written with flowers on the bed, candles in the hot tub, etc. we felt at home and did not want to leave.

Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were upgraded to an oceanfront room that was fabulous! The room had a wonderful patio with table chairs, two lounge chairs with umbrella and literally steps to the beautiful uncrowded sandy warm water beach! The property is beautifully landscaped and clean. The pools are wonderful. The staff is friendly. The food was great, offering both local Thai food as well as many other options. Very peaceful and relaxing! Wonderful place!

The hotel is very nice and clean, the little bungalows are very comfortable and the bathroom is very well kitted out and sparkling clean. Only downside is it's not on the the beachfront but still you have amazing views from the private terrace of the bungalow. Food was very good also and you get free water, fruit and coffee which is in the room. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Koh Yao Yai. Enjoy!

We had a hard time finding the hotel at first. Since we were there in a " low season " everything around was closed. Our check-in was great, they offered to upgraded our 2 deluxe family rooms into 2 villas. The villas that we had was perfect for family of 4. Our 2 children were able to fit and sleep in their very comfortable sofa bed. We stayed 3 nights here and we love it! This hotel is a great place for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay right on the beach. We were really pleased that although the Bayfront was so reasonably priced, it's located on such a nice beach and actually still walkable to the little town to the north (20 min walk on beach or sidewalk). Nice, quiet hotel with excellent service and staff. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is excellent: pancakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, different kinds of tea/coffee, bread and croissants and much more.

The place is brand new (They are still finishing building a couple of addtl. rooms now-March 2017), two blocks from an amazing, peaceful beach, the family that owns the hotel live next door, and they truly are amazing! They were very attentive to our needs, cordial, it was a great experience. For the price it's no doubt a little gem in the region, highly recommended.

Amazing property, amazing pool, area, amazing beach. . The rooms are large, clean and the most comfortable beds we have had in Thailand. The beach was clean as well. This was the nicest resort we have stayed in in years!

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and quiet bungalow, nice swimming pools, good breakfast buffet, gorgeous gardens, only 1 block to beach and sunset restaurants.
