"The Hotel 🏨 is in a quiet area of Arenal, the bedroom was clean and a reasonable size.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The bar was good and prices were reasonable.
My flight time was before breakfast time so can’t comment on it.

"Excellent service from all the staff. They really do care about their guests. Location is convenient with local busses to the airport and beach about 2 minutes walk. Lots to do in the area. The hotel has 3 pools, all well maintained and clean around the decking/sunlounger. Breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine. Really can’t fault this hotel we had a fab time."

Let yourself be amazed at the cathedral in the area— your cultural tour starts here. Spend the afternoon at the beach and head to one of the restaurants for a bite to eat. If you carry on walking you'll get to El Arenal Beach, Caló de Sant Antoni, and Sa Cova Baixa for some more water views.
El Arenal is well-known for its attractions such as Port of El Arenal and El Arenal Beach. Visitors to this beachside city speak highly of the restaurants whereas sights include Playa de Palma and CalĂł de Sant Antoni.
The breakfast was incredable, the room was very clean, the beautiful view from our room was magical. Everything was delightful at our stay and we will defenitly recommend it to others hwo plans to travel to Al Arenal and Tent Arenal.

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to DeĂa and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.
I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!
I loved this place! Great service! Wonderful food at restaurant! A remote location but peaceful, plenty to do there with steam room and indoor and outdoor pools and workout area! A challenging drive to get there. I suggest reviewing that before you go. There was an easier drive if you research it (no one lanes with hairpin turns I side of cliffs). We will be back!!!! Luv!!
