One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff, all of them from cleaners to reception were fantastic and hard working. The hotel is boutique so best suited for short stays rather than long.

The most beautiful room view as the Soller tram passes behind the hotel and you have a mountain backdrop as well. Helpful staff, clean and a wonderful breakfast; the food was so good. Only thing is I wished the rooms were a bit more spacious and the wash basin tap was higher to allow space between it and the sink; it was a struggle to wash my hands

Receptionist went out of his way to ascertain the Soller tunnel was open at 3am, for our trip to Palma to catch a flight. This was unexpected, and extraordinarily excellent. Though we didn’t spend much time there, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Also, they had the added huge bonus of a hotel basement car park.

The facilities here are fabulous and the location is ideal for wandering to sample some great restaurants. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are so kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We felt ‘at home’ very quickly and will be back soon

We had a wonderful stay at Alcazar. The location was perfect and central in Soller. The pool area patio was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and super clean. The staff were very helpful and we had a great time walking around the town and taking the tram to the port.

Everything about this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was on site parking which was important. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities on site in the nearby town were great. The breakfast was so delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. We will definitely come back here.
