"Very friendly / helpful staff especially the head guy in the restaurant ( and if he’s not in charge he should be ! ) only thing I might have added was a toaster other than that great food !. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space ,great hot shower too "

"Exquisite resort! Everything was perfect from the staff to the room and amazing food. All the amenities are top shelf including the luxurious pool. We will definitely return. Most memorable was the dedicated staff who made our vacation perfect. We highly recommend to other travelers!"

"Honestly cant recommend this place enough if you want to escape from thr hustle and bustle of nearby florence. Loved the hotel and gorgeorus surroundings, the pool area was stunning and we loved the wine pairing dinner which we thougg was excellent and really good value. Would love to return one day. "

"The checking in process was easy and they have parking. The hotel is not too far from the airport, but there is no other reason to go there.
Our room was nice, but they had a different style of electrical plug that everywhere else we'd traveled in Europe. There was one of the common outlets in the bathroom though.

Sadly - the interiors are dated and furniture in the rooms is due for an update (there were tears in the couch upholstery in our room / very dated linens on a chaise). This property has so much potential - I’d love to see it get an aesthetic refresh. Also good to note - the wifi wasn’t reliable. "

"The staff is great. They are building the area up around there. It’s nice and convenient to stay. When everything is completed it should be perfect. There’s a restaurant and bar area which is nice and places that you can walk to. Shopping mall they are adding so much more. There’s s huge grocery store that there it’s nice. If this hotel had a pool it would be perfect. "

My only complaint is the exorbitant cost of everything at the property. We also had no hot water during our stay, and had hoped we would be offered some compensation, but were not. I would recommend this property with the expectation to spend more than it seems "
