The little cottages are a treat to stay in. The owner is friendly You need to bring evening meal food, but breakfast is very good if you order and pay for it. A great base for visiting Snaefelsnes Peninsular.

Arthur and Caroline were extremely welcoming and excellent hosts. If the weather had cooperated it would have been and excellent place to see the stars and perhaps the northern lights too.

The hotel is set in possibly the most beautiful landscape I've ever seen. Mountains, ponds, fields, and the ocean, with the glacial mountain in the distance. The hotel was very comfortable and clean with simple rooms. Besides the gorgeous views, what was so special about the hotel was the delicious breakfast and the dinner buffet add-on. The food was delicious and plentiful with interesting variety. The cuisine was rustic and authentic with many Icelandic dishes and fresh seafood and lamb...

The cabin was a remote base to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. The geothermal hot tub was a fun treat too. The hike to Eldborg Crater was a nice adventure with great views from the (steep) summit.

Great place, far away from everything, so buy from a store what you want because no grocery store in radius of 50-60 km. Because it is distant from lights we managed to see the Northern lights for the first time there :)

Beautiful studio apartment in a gorgeous setting with views of fields and horses behind us. The location was somewhat remote, but it was extremely well appointed to make your own meals in the kitchen. There were a small number of options for restaurants or cafes a short distance away.

Stefan and everyone else on the team were amazingly helpful and supportive! Loved the adventure of staying in the capsules on the night before the total solar eclipse in Iceland ... there was so much energy in everyone staying there ...

Very nice inside. Two rooms are large. Close to the national parks: very short drive to see the craters and to join the lava cave tour.

I had a wonderful, and far too brief, stay here! The location is off the beaten path, but the views are fantastic. Had the weather cooperated, it would be perfect for Northern Lights! Place was adorable, and had every convenience in the room (including additional charging cables and conversion plugs). Communication was perfect and the food was excellent! I ended up being the only traveller during my stay and the owner was so accommodating...she even offered for me to stay extra as needed due to...

The location is as cool as it looks! Relaxing spot. Friendly host. Friendly horses. Highly recommend.

The individual pod cottages offer spectacular, unobstructed views and a sense of intimacy. Exceptionally clean, classy and cozy. A 10 out of 10 for an amazing property.

Very clean. Lovely Mountain Views. Very bright so definitely bring a face mask to help with sleeping. Kitchen was great for cooking!

The most friendly and helpful hotel staff we've ever met. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley that overlooks the hills and the sunset. The outdoor hot bath was an amazing experience and wonderful amenity. Breakfast was delicious as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 1 night. We reached a bit after dark and it was our first night in Iceland. The guy at the reception did not understand much English. It was very dark as there is no light pollution. It would have been helpful if he had come with us to show the room, as we had to cross a little bridge after parking our car and we were fumbling in the dark. It is not far from the parking, or the main building, but he just gave us the keys and pointed outside, rather than just take the 5...
