I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The decor in my room was spectacular. The bed was the most comfortable I have had. The staff was friendly, charming and professional. This is my number one so far halfway into my trip. This will be in my plans for a return visit.

The rooftop decks were not usable due to the heat. The views were not very good. The service was outstanding

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The host was incredible and very friendly. In addition to making us feel right at home, she was full of wonderful suggestions about how to explore Chania and the western side of Crete. The hotel is an old Venetian home that has been turned into 5 suites. The rooms were spacious while preserving the Venetian charm of the building. The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!

The hotel was conveniently located in the old town. The rooms and facilities are modern, considering it was an old building. It had a rooftop garden that had a great view of the Venetian port, especially at night.

This place was amazing! Definitely the nicest lodging I have ever stayed in. We stayed in the Gaia suite which had an infinity pool that overlooked the ocean directly off of the cliff. The staff was incredibly nice and helped with anything we needed. The only downside I can even think of is that the food and drinks were expensive, but it makes sense for a place as nice as Acro. Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Excellent location.

Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi. Friendly stuff, especially Katerina at the reception. I highly recommend Hyperion City Hotel.

The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.
