Absolutely incredible from arrival to departure. What stood out for us was the friendliness of all staff, the cleanliness of the whole place, the maintenance of the grounds and the quality of the food. We only did breakfast but wish we had done all inclusive. Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service. A nice touch was the offer of drinks on arrival. The location was very convenient, right in the middle between Heraklion and Chania. The property super nice and clean and safe and the staff very friendly, especially Masia. she was ready to help with any question we have and made us feel like home. We loved the ambiance, kids, parents, grandparents and couples were all having fun . The swimming pools were gorgeous and the beach very nice and clean. The restaurants very nice. the breakfast menu and breakfast area were great! The little market on the property was very convenient. We had a great vacation!
