We had the best stay at the hotel. The service was absolutely impeccable from our late check in to the cleaning staff greeting us throughout the day everyday. And the waiters were absolute gems. 10/10 stay through and through. The hotel also have many regular guests that come every year from what we gathered, and now we understand why. Very family friendly with little kids and such a warm and professional experience from all the staff.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again

Had a great time in one lf the luxury suites for ten days. Nice view. Big and roomy patio to chill on or do yoga. The gym was well equipped. Close to a beach w surf lessons. Close to Chania w bus. Several nice restaurants in the area. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared. Staff was helpful. All in all can definitely recommend a stay here. You don’t need to go on many excursions except for into Chania a couple of days perhaps. If there are too many waves at the beach, the life guard won’t let you swim so on those days find your way to some more calm beach.

Our second time dating at Cretan Dream and it won’t be the last as we plan on coming again in 2027. The amenities, atmosphere, and attention to detail are bar none to any accommodations we have experienced in Europe. Spyro and the front desk staff were incredible. Toula and her sweet husband anticipated our needs and made sure we were always “in the know” for meal service and events. Cretan Dream also provides several weekly experience nights including: tomahawk steaks, Cretan night with music and dancing, and a seafood feast. Bravo to Petro and his brother for an incredible establishment. Can’t wait until 2027!
