Perfect location. Clean and very nice architecture at old the city. The staff was very friendly.

This hotel was great! The room was a great size and had spectacular views of the harbor. Everyone is very helpful and you also have access to all the amenities of the main Chania Hotel a few blocks away.

We spent part of our honeymoon at La Maison Ottomane and it was exquisite. It is hard to imagine a better place to stay in Chania. There are three rooms and a small courtyard: everything is carefully curated, luxurious, well designed and thought-out, but also unstuffy. The Ottoman theme is faithfully executed, but not at all cheesy or overbearing. Loved it! Big, clean, and new! Check in was great and manager was very helpful. Great kitchen that had everything needed. Very convenient location that had a great view.

Five Star accommodations. The plunge pool in the room is fantastiIc. The view from the room to the Old Venetian Harbor - amazing! The service of the staff was top notch. Every detail was thought of and carried out. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highest recommendations for your stay in Chania!

The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!

This place was amazing! Definitely the nicest lodging I have ever stayed in. We stayed in the Gaia suite which had an infinity pool that overlooked the ocean directly off of the cliff. The staff was incredibly nice and helped with anything we needed. The only downside I can even think of is that the food and drinks were expensive, but it makes sense for a place as nice as Acro. Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly.
