We had a fantastic room on the third floor with a view of the beautiful lake. The staff were extremely pleasant especially checking in and out. The breakfast was very good and so fresh. Tea and coffee plentiful as with croissants and all other quality breakfast items. The beds are super comfortable and room spacious. Will definitely be coming again.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional…especially Daniel. Great value. Wonderful location. Spotless. Modern. Price was right. Will be booking again very soon.

Nice hotel near transportation but its not in the city

Great hotel. Food was good, and the hotel is right next to the tram down to the lake. It was truly one of the most amazing views from my hotel room balcony. Sunrise was memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The steam room with eucalyptus was refreshing at the end of the day.

Had a nice stay, great location and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Will come back next time for ski season!

The room was really spacious and had an awesome lake view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you a free bus pass to use during your stay. You get on right out front and it takes you to the city center or train station in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room, make some hot tea, and slip into a cozy robe and slippers. The staff at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast are very friendly and provided an excellent service. Room was clean and the view is amazing.

Great staff and great location! The only problem I had was the toillet in my room had no door! So if you are not comfortable, make sure to ask from staff!

We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room. We spent a very nice evening at their bar, ordered some food and then went to sleep. The room was excellent and is very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. Everything was good with the exception of the air conditioner / fan unit. It just wasn't working and we didn't figure that out until midnight. The hotel staff did what they could to try to fix the problem, and it just wasn't something we could fix so late. I appreciated their effort. Breakfast was really amazing, and the room had a great view. Highly recommended, especially if you need parking. Bus comes frequently and is direct, takes only 10 minutes or so.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful; the facilities quaint, clean and aesthetically pleasing! The view is unmatched and the setting perfect for the size hotel and surrounding architecture. Great place to practice your German and mostly everyone speaks english if you need help. Very quiet and serene! stunning Foliage and surrounding verdure.

Excellent overall stay. Very relaxing environment

Hotel Felmis turned out to be a very good choice for my wife and me. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains from our room. We were driving, so we appreciated the very convenient parking. We took the bus from right in front of the hotel to downtown Lucerne, without having to hassle with parking in Lucerne. The area around the hotel is very nice.
