I went to Taiwan on business and stayed at the Sendale hotel in Zhubei. Everything about it was excellent. The location was very convenient, the room was clean with modern appliances, the breakfast was tasty and healthy, and the service was fast and friendly.

Kudos to the proprietor, Mr. Fernando was very kind and accommodating to every query. Breakfast set of fruits, sandwich/bread, etc. was so delicious.The place is safe, have a privacy and peaceful, away from noise since it is located in a relatively remote. The room is tidy and bed was comfortable to sleep on as well. Perfect place to enjoy the scenic mountain view while driving along the road &/ during the trip.

Extremely clean hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. The standard double bed room is very spacious and comes with a king size bed. No need to upgrade to anything bigger. Breakfast is good but not huge. There’s only one egg dish and no pastries. A lot of Chinese type food and vegetables are offered.

I traveled with my son, both of us love this hotel very much. The room is good size, very comfortable and clean. Toilet is equipment with electronic bidet that make daily job easier. This hotel also have washer and dryer which is free. 15minutes walk to airport transit or take taxi costed $3 USD.

This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

Great hotel, near the airport. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were spotless. Beautiful property with extensive breakfast buffet.

Breakfast had a good variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. All of the options were very nicely and arranged and plentiful. We all loved the spa pool! Very refreshing and relaxing! The scooters for the kids were also a favorite.

This was the very 1st stay arriving Taiwan and we were happy with the overall experience. The staff is very patient, informative and willing to help in many ways. Facing a park and next to many convenient stores, restaurants and neighborhood in walking distance, we feel safe, refreshed and welcome.

Jungli Station to Hotel, Walking 15 mins, Taxi 3-5 mins NT$85. to Airport, Taxi 15-20 mins, NT$560. Good Dinner NT$350 (Main+Drink+Desert), NT$250 if used the $NT 100 Coupon (Got it when you Check-in). Got a Nice breakfast Box due to early flight. (8:45 am). OK quietness(weekday), Space OK size. single or couple should be Great.
