Loved the Spa, swimming pool and Gym. Service on the Mezzanine bar was very good all week. The building also felt very safe during the earthquakes even on the 23rd floor.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. It is near train station, close to a big shopping mall called Big city. First, it is safe, as the rooms are on high floors and check-in desk is on the 12th floor. Second, the room has good facilities. I like the big desk in particular.

The hotel is very nice all around including Gym,restaurant and staffs. The only regret is that I booked a non-smoking room and the room also has "non-smoking" sign, however I can still smell the cigaratte tar, this was not only unhealthy but also made me unconfortable. Please improve this condition for I will continue to stay in this premise next time in Hsinchu.
