The staff were very welcoming and kind.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was very clean and spatious (with a good size bed), and the breakfast had great Indonesian offerings, plus good coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant to swim in. The laundry facilities were good. The hotel is conveniently located across from a modern mall and next to one of the light rail stations.

Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property.

The hotel was very clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the bellhops. A special thank you to Ayu and Fadly, they were so helpful.

We had a wonderful time & could not fault our stay. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. We will definitely come again & would recommend you to anyone.
