We were disappointed that we were unable to stay more than one night! My partner and I misread our flight schedule and had to leave a night earlier than anticipated. The Cinnamon Red staff were wonderful and we were given a beautiful room fir our final night in Colombo. We paid extra for late check-out and it was worth it! We will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to visit Sri Lanka again. Thank you

Friendly staff ... good location ... does not surprise me that this hotel has hosted kings and queens during the last 150 years. I got good service from Shayna at the restaurant there ... nice breakfast buffet.

Our favorite hotel in Sri Lanka, and in the world now. We stayed twice during our stay in Sri Lanka, for a total of 4 nights. By the time we came back the second time, we felt as we were coming home. The staff are all beyond kind and genuine, from the managers and the front desk to the bellhops and servers, everyone had genuine smiles and conversation. Staff treatment was exceptional. If somebody else is not paying, eat breakfast somewhere else. Prices here are beyond ridiculous!!!

So I stayed just one night, and the staff rocked. They were very helpful organizing my ride to Kandy. They were very friendly, offering a ton of suggestions on what do during my Sri Lanka stay. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very hot, making for the perfect short stay.

Amazing hidden gem in negombo fabulous service start till the end. We arrived 3am after 2days of flying hotel sent a driver to pick us up and helped us with everything while we were there great restaurant best dining experience staff was so professional accommodating food was delious

The place is a Oasis the owner is a perfect host nothing was any trouble for him and staff The hotel is unbelievable with gardens. One reason for which i decided to stop at this hotel was its location on the beach by the ocean, the rooms look and spacious green territory for relaxation with multiple pools. I don't regret a minute that I made this choice! It was absolutely worth it! The price reasonable for an excellent service quality! Very clean and extremely comfortable and homey rooms! Soft beds, sofa in the room and patio on top of everything! Every room is with view and patio! Isn't that amazing? And falling asleep...

Ocean front, close to Bandaranaike international airport, spacious rooms, service with a smile, good food, minimalistic design of building and interior decor.
