"Front desk staff very helpful. I had an issue in my room and they were able to exchange me immediately to another room. Great location when we come to see Shepherd football!!"

. The breakfast was great. They are in the middle of renovation, so the property is a bit disheveled. The rooms were clean for the most part. It wasn't noisy, so we could actually relax and get some sleep. The pool was immaculate. The staff was accommodating. All in all a good place to stay."

"Room was clean when we got there. Beds were comfortable. Use the heater not the AC. No smells if you didn’t park by 5 PM you had to park further and we have disabled parking. Breakfast would have been okay but not refilled and workers annoyed when we asked. Ends at 9am and we’re there at 8:30 I think people were scared to ask. Possible they have residents. Didn’t notice they were

"I liked that my room had a jacuzzi tub but disliked how dirty parts of it were. Several tiles were missing grout or sealer, many grout lines were discolored. I ended up not using the tub. Lighting sucked. I got a suite, there’s one small overhead light by the door and dim lamps throughout the room. The desk area with chair would have been nice to have a mirror in front of it as I needed to pull the chair into the bathroom to put my makeup on. The long mirror in the room doesn’t have any...
