Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Take time to eat the incredible breakfast in the garden, watch the breathtaking sunset in the back it’s incredible. Alessio- does it all he was...

What a fantastic experience at Milu! To start, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and quiet, with the most amazing shower! We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio and found it to be a very satisfying way to start the day. The hotel maintained a relaxed feel while still being vibrant - colorful, modern art and design to enjoy while relaxing with a cup of tea from the open library. We would definitely stay again, thanks Milu for a great experience!

Outstanding B&B! The location is excellent for getting anywhere in the centre & 20 min walk to The Tower.
It is a flat easy walk from the station that takes about 15 mins. It is owned & run by two guys that really care about your comforts, they are friendly & helpful with anything you ask. On checking in we felt the care & love that shows in the accommodation.
The room was so lovely & the cleaning was a very high standard. The room & bathroom were spotless with towels that were soft not...

Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely, featuring antique furniture, and ours offered incredible views of the Tuscan landscape. We were treated like royalty. Furthermore, the location...

The Hotel Savoy was a great place to stay. I would recommend it highly. Their staff went out of their way to make our stay a positive one. The customer service was exceptional. Eduardo at the front desk did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with our room and our overall experience. The doorman were always gracious and always had a smile to welcome us when we arrived.

Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town. This man made our stay so pleasant by his warmth and enthusiasm for his special town. He told us what to visit and lent us an umbrella and made us a delicious dinner. Mama mía! Where do I begin? The concierge staff were one step ahead of us even before we checked in. Grazie Giulia!!! My fiancée and I could not have asked for more. They food onsite is fantastic and the local options are a brisk walk or a short taxi ride away. We will be coming back!

It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.
