"Great stay at Hotel Alfani. We had adjoining rooms for our kids, which worked out perfectly for the family. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. Rooms were clean, well supplied, and the AC worked well, a big plus in Florence’s heat. Very reasonably priced for what you get. They also stored our bags for us while we spent the day touring the city, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"As we were enroute to the airport we got a call from the hotel offering us an upgrade to their “sister hotel” the Della Calza Spa. We had chance to compare hotels and agreed to move. Wow, what a good choice. The hotel was stunning and whilst an extra 10-15 minute walk to the centre - it was 100% worth it. Rooms were amazing, staff super helpful and after a hard day doing the sights and climbing bell towers in 40oC heat - it was like an oasis to come back to. We got. couple of hours per day in the spa - which was a welcome bonus. If you get the upgrade offer - just say yes!"

"Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance. However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."

"Great hotel. Good location, and a great price for the area. Just steps away from the main train station. Good food at the included breakfast too. It's also nice that thy have a filtered water machine to fill up your water bottles."
