The staff is really friendly, the restaurant offers traditional meals from Veracruz and the breakfast buffet is a fantastic way to start the day, it includes great "antojitos" and freshly baked bread. Our room was cozy, we were facing the Mercado de Artesanias, it was nice to see the palm trees and people enjoy their days. The hotel is located next to a bus stop, so if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone you can ride different buses that bring you to different tourist destinations...

Everything was as advertise. Secured parking, on site buffet $12US, both breakfast and dinner. Top bar, wonderful city view. Bar tender most accommodating. Check in staff very welcome. Room very clean and everything was working. Internet very good. No pool on site, they partnered with another hotel to use the pool there. We did not go there. Told it was a 2 block walk, across the main through fair.
