Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que el lavabo tenía una fuga y el personal en lugar de darnos una habilitación similar nos dejó ahí hasta la mañana siguiente y arreglar la fuga, como no quedó nos tuvieron que mover a otro cuarto pero creo que desde el principio se hubiera evitado eso ya que el hotel no estaba a su entera capacidad, del lugar excelente

Lo peor de todo fue su único restaurante, llegamos al rededor de las 9:30 pm a querer cenar, pero nos dijeron que ya no tenían servicio, bueno, ni modo, nuestro error por no preguntar (nos fuimos a dormir con hambre). Pero al otro día estuvimos esperando más de una hora después de ordenar el desayuno; ya muy hambrientos y desesperados preguntamos si faltaba mucho, lo que nos contestaron fue que todavía ni siquiera habían empezado a preparar nuestros platillos, que faltaba una mesa antes que nosotros (el restaurante no estaba ni a la mitad de su capacidad). Hicimos check out y huimos de ahí para no volver jamás.

Hola buenas noches vamos llegando de Costa Esmeralda Veracruz, nos hospedamos en el hotel Bon Jesús 10/10 totalmente recomendable, súper tranquilo, acogedor, los alimentos con sabor casero y los precios muy bien, pero sobretodo la atención de Bety fue súper amable, la Gerente del hotel la Srita. Susana muy atenta. Disfrutamos de una vista hermosa de la playa, muy muy contentos. Ampliamente recomendable , con gusto regresaremos nuevamente.
