The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. This is such a well run hotel and every staff member from the cleaning crew, to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the ski valets are just wonderful. Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The rooms have everything you need. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the kitchens well appointed. There are very few hotels I’ve ever been keen to return to in my travels, but this is definitely one we’ll return to when we visit Hokkaido again. Thank you!
