"Lovely place to stay in a great location in Vitoria. Recommend for a stay for a few nights. Excellent service and very kind staff. Rooms aren’t spacious but they do the job. Great value for money and they even sell craft beers at reception. "

"The hotel is well located and easy to get to from the train station. The staff that were there when we arrived were amazing. Friendly, professional and helpful. "Building and frontage is looking a bit tired, rooms, parking and reception were fine. More of a business hotel, but easy to get a cab into town and the bus back. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were pre-cooked and cold, every day. Coffee and OJ was excellent."

"Nice hotel for a one night stop. Spacious room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Tasty complementary breakfast, limited but nice, There’s a restaurant directly across the road which is convenient if you want a few drinks or dinner as there’s not much else around."

"Lovely parador and location. Friendly efficient reception staff. Unfortunate interaction with one member of staff at the bar who seemed unwilling to engage with people would could not speak Spanish."

"Habitación limpia. Aparcamiento."

"This hotel is perfect for a traveler with nearness to highway and very simple checkin and rooms. The pub was perfect for an evening drink after a hard drive and the food was very good as well, service at bar great. "

"This boutique hotel is owned and managed by a husband and wife team whose attention to detail is evident throughout the property. At check‑in, they walked me through the history of the building and the extensive renovation they undertook themselves. The rooms were spotless, beautifully appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The property sits in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet it’s only about a 15‑minute drive to Vitoria."

"En general todo estupendo, ideal para relajarse ."
