The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit.

"Really enjoyed our stay at Libere. The amenities and cleanliness of the room were spectacular. I love how easy it was to check-in. The location was perfect! Only a 4 minute walk to the Metro. Shops and restaurants were so easy to access and you could see a little bit of everything. My fiancé and I were very impressed with this location. "A 30 mins metro ride away from airpirt buy a 10 journey multi card if you're going to use the public transport a lot. Tribunal metro only 5 mins walk away.
The hotel is tucked in-between a shop and a building so look out for it, it also shares part of the building with a couple of businesses. I was on the 3rd floor but there is a lift Lovely room my own en suite, Air con as well, Strong WiFi, very quiet, Everything worked in my bathroom, Clean. Plenty of places to eat outside.

Would be great if they had coffee in the room or in the lobby, instead at the buffet. Sometime all you want is a cup 1st thing in the morning. May be just a European thing.
We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!
Property was wonderful and walking distance to everything. Only issue we had was that the safe in the closet was not bolted down, and could have been picked up and carried out.

I rented the superior double room and my room was exactly as pictured with the small balcony. The place is a little hard to find but if you use the pictures on this page and other booking sites, you shouldn’t have a problem. Essentially you’re looking for address 39 on that street (Calle de Fuencarral), it’s a wooden double door that looks like it’s someones apartment. On your first visit you need to be buzzed in so push the corresponding buzzer and informed the concierge that you have a room...
Very centric to most places. Clean and comfy. Would suggest to put bathroom tub anti slip adhesive to limit any fall because I fell on the tub. Overall loved the hostal will recommend it.
This is a fantastic hostel. Clean, central, with AC. The location is UNMATCHED and the staff is incredibly kind. It’s a no frills type of stay but it truly has everything you’d need. Would stay here again!
