Very nice stay. Super friendly check-in. Our next door neighbour decided to start blaring annoying music from their TV. When a firm knock on the wall didn’t cure it, staff were happy to allow us to change rooms, which was very much appreciated. Recommended.

Location is very good. Large supermarket and subway station are right down the corner. About 15 mins walk to Gran Via / Sol where a lot of restaurants and tapas bars are. Room is good, we particularly enjoyed the fact there is a microwave and a hob which comes handy to cook some simple vegetables while travelling. Mattress and bed are comfortable, and in particular if you don't prefer super soft mattress. HOWEVER, the mattress is spring connected and not individual spring pocket, which means when my partner moved even slightly in bed, it is very obvious. Therefore, if you are travelling with your partner, suggest to request separate single beds if you are a light sleeper. The vibration from the mattress was also very obvious when there's movement in the corridor. The shower is good, however, the shower head was clogged with limescale.
