"The amenities in this hotel are top notch . However , the service there is not deserving to a 2 star hotel . Our stay in the hotel was disastrous in so many levels . It started when we checked in after 3PM to find out that my booking request of having all the rooms in one floor is not met (even though it was confirmed by the guest services). "The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel. "A good hotel situated between the corniche area and Al Balada historic area. Palestine Street is a few blocks away and has some fast food/ dining / coffee options plus a large grocery store. You can walk down to the water to view the big fountain. The hotel had a friendly and efficient staff particularly in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet. This hotel has the best hotel gym I’ve seen! "
