"The hotel has clean rooms and facilities. Staff were helpful even if there was an initial misunderstanding with hotel booking but was resolved immediately. It is great having a water refill station at the lobby and in our floor. It would be nice tho if we can have access to hot water too esp after the bar has closed. Overall it was a great stay in Prague. Hotel is walking distance to major attractions. There is the Palladium Mall & Metro station beside it."

"This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during the more than 50 years I’ve been traveling. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed was perfect, and there was more than enough space so that we did not feel cramped. The breakfast was superb. Most of all, this hotel was beautiful! I doubt that there are any other hotels nearly this good, and I’ve traveled all over the world."
