Nice hotel with helpful staff. Clean rooms in great condition with nice bedding and towels. Nice shower with glass doors and great water pressure. Beds are very well made with nice firm mattress and pillows. Parking garage is super clean and well lit with easy access to elevators. Hotel well located to Robson Street with tons of dining options for all budgets. Also, tons of shopping on Robson Street. Many bars and nightclubs in the area as well as BC Place and Rogers Arena. Lots of coffee shops...

The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
