We arrived before check in time but was allowed access to drop our bags before hitting the streets! Juan at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions and everyone was very kind. Room was quiet, clean and really enjoyed staying there. Great location close to everything. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in the dining room which was very nice!! Would definitely stay there again!!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. It was probably the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room was small but functional. The location was excellent and was within walking distances of most of the attractions (waterfront, sea wall, Robson St). Skytrain station is right next door. Self parking was close by and had in and out privileges. The breakfast was made to order and very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly it was a great boutique hotel with abundant history located near the cruise port. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. There is no parking drop off as it is downtown, So if you get honked at while unloading, it's just the city saying "Welcome" Highly recommend St Regis if you're looking for a nice, clean, friendly, well located stay in downtown Vancouver!

The property is clean but does not give a luxury vibe! Our room was decent size and very clean. The only toiletry in the bathroom was 2 ear swabs and 2 cotton pads. The shower is just a detachable shower head with very low pressure. Pillows were also very high and uncomfortable. Breakfast was included but note that is not a buffet. Only 3 items are available to order so it can be very boring after couple days. Location was very good, walking to many POIs. Staff was friendly.
