Older hotel with great character and fantastic staff. We loved it. Great location for exploring Vancouver. There is also an awesome charming diner/bar right next door! Some rooms require shared bathrooms. Ours did not. I would definitely stay here again

Dated decor but no real issues. Mini split AC unit in room is very good, rooms are compact but perfectly ok for short stay overs. TV was very small but good enough. I’d stay again if my first choices were to overpriced. It’s well placed for downtown east to walk out and explore that part of Vancouver. my only minor gripe was tea and coffee service doesn’t start until 7am but i had to leave the hotel for the airport at 630am a brew would have been nice.

This is my second time staying here the first one was in 2019. Rooms are small and some of them have no bathroom. It’s down the hall as Sherwin but if you’re looking for low maintenance place to stay, I recommend it. I got a good night sleep staff is super helpful and it’s in prime location.

Only one block from the metro transit line at City Centre, 2 blocks from the Vancouver Art Gallery, only a few blocks from Gastown and the waterfront.
