"Conveniently located, good breakfast. Upon check in the staff was not very helpful until I ran in to Artjoms. I think he was the manager. He fixed the issue and sent us a bottle of prosecco for inconvenience. Quick Good resolution imho. Stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and I think their buffet had a bit more options in the past, but it is still good though."

"Everything was good, especially breakfast. Two things worth mentioning- The trams run right by the front and if you are a light sleeper may be a problem. If you want to order a Bolt (Uber don’t work here) you can’t get a pick up from the hotel, and will have to go around the block to a pick up spot."
