"Nice cozy hotel in the middle of old town Riga. 10mins walk from main busstation, close to all sightseeing locations. Enough food options around and close by. Hotel room was a bit old fashioned, but it all worked."

It was clean, well equipped and even has a minibar. despite it being -21 over night, the room was warm and comfortable. The location itself is also absolutely ideal for visiting Riga. "The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...
