Conveniently located, good breakfast. Upon check in the staff was not very helpful until I ran in to Artjoms. I think he was the manager. He fixed the issue and sent us a bottle of prosecco for inconvenience. Quick Good resolution imho. Stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and I think their buffet had a bit more options in the past, but it is still good though.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When I had a flight cancellation, they were very understanding and acknowledged that I could check in the next day. The breakfast was very good and has a much better variety than most hotel breakfast options. The spa was delightful and a trip there with my friend for her 30th was worth it. Will be staying again!

The hotel was a decent, basic hotel, but nothing particularly special. The spa was a bit disappointing. There wasn’t a proper cold plunge pool – there was a pool that was supposed to serve as one, but the water was far too warm in our opinion. We also missed having proper saunas. However, the main pool and the warm pool were quite nice. Breakfast was very crowded, and the dining area was quite noisy, partly due to poor acoustics. The quality of the breakfast was fairly basic and OK, but nothing particularly memorable. All in all, it was a good and functional hotel, but we expected a little more from both the spa and the breakfast.

Great location with easy access to major attractions and a beautiful river and sunset view. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Following are the issues I faced: Lack of Transparency / Misleading Information 1. Access to the spa and swimming pool required an additional €20 per person, which was not mentioned in the listing or during the booking process. 2. A €1 mandatory per person per day local tax was only disclosed at check-in. This lack of prior communication puts guests in a position where they have no real choice but to accept the charge. Additional Concerns 1. I paid extra for a king-size bed but was provided with two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses separated during the night, causing discomfort and disturbed sleep. This does not meet expectations when a king bed is specifically booked and paid for. 2. The room was uncomfortably warm. Although the radiator was off, the air conditioning was not operational (only enabled later in the season). Opening the window was not a practical alternative due to significant noise from the nearby road, which further affected sleep quality.

Overall, a good hotel for the price in a great neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was very nice and beautiful. The staff were friendly, but some information could have been communicated more clearly. When we asked about access to the spa, it was explained in a way that made it sound like the fee was a one-time payment and that we could return as often as we wanted. After purchasing the ticket, we found out that it was only valid for a single visit. This may have been a misunderstanding, but a clearer explanation of the spa access and pricing would have been appreciated. It should also be explained more clearly that housekeeping only comes upon request. When we noticed that our room had not been cleaned, we contacted the staff and were told that housekeeping would come. Unfortunately, no one showed up, which was disappointing. That said, we had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, and spa facilities.
