Hotels in Moratalaz

Great property - thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...

Place was a great value.

I requested a quiet room, and they gave me a quiet room. All the amenities were great, especially the free water. The breakfast was very good, but I got there early to avoid the long lines. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Overall, a great stay.

Incredible views and a beautiful place to stay

I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.

Great stay! Close to decent restaurants, museums, and important destinations. We arrived early before official check-in time and they promptly gave us a room…a huge relief for weary travelers. Service was top-notch.

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms with excellent location in Salamanca neighborhood.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff!

Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy! The hotel was pretty basic - heating, towels, hot water, mini fridge. Basically all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part was that they...

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel, very clean. Location isn't good to have fun around but perfect if you have to go to the airport next day.

Great place with an excellent staff 👍

Excellent value.

This hotel is located in Salamanca, which is definitely an upscale area. Very high end shopping and an abundance of restaurants nearby. About a 20-25 minute walk to the Prado, Reina Sophia, and Thyssen museums. A great walk, don't bother with the bus or Metro. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was great except for two things. First, there was no coffee maker in the room, which is an absolute must for me in the morning. Second, there was no bar soap or wash cloths. If you're not going to have bar soap, which I strongly prefer, then you need to have wash cloths for the liquid soap, right?

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.
