"Breakfast was really good. Especially for a continental type breakfast. Lots of options to eat and even tho it was very busy there seemed to be enuf seating with the two rooms. The hotel staff, all of the hotel staff are remarkably friendly, always smiling. Like no where I’ve ever been. Good on all of them!!!"

"For the price of 16.99$ per person the buffet had little choice so did not eat there. When we got to our room it was very hot 25C and then we were told the air conditioning had been down for a few days. It won't be repaired during our 3 night stay. Then we were asked if we wanted a fan. Totally unacceptable. For 3 days we asked to speak to the manager and for 3 days we were told she was away or in meetings or no where to be found. I expect compensation without fail or I will definitely take this further. Expedia has to get involved."

"The address listed by Expedia is incorrect. In a world where we travel by entering addresses into maps, we lost valuable time in the wrong part of the large campus due to the Woodroffe address listed. Thankfully the Residence staff guided us in the right direction and were very helpful and accommodating, also thankfully we have a vehicle to move ourselves across the area. If we had been dropped off, with all our equipment, we would have been stuck a very long way from the actual Residence. The rooms are clean and simple. Perfect for what it is. Staff, access, parking, all great. Very disappointed in Expedia for not confirming the location."

"In our king bed room with balcony the room was extremely clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Balcony is not very welcoming but nice to have access to outdoors for fresh air and a bit of sunshine. Luggage storage before and after the stay was an appreciated service."

"We were excited to stay here as the location and price were good. Started off ok though we had to return for the check in as we were too early. The first night we froze as they had no heat and the blanket for the sofa bed was thin as a wafer. There was a terrible nose in the bedroom that lasted all day and night. Apparently it is a known problem though they do nothing to address it. I complained to the concierge who asked the manager if we could switch rooms. The manager said no even though they has an available room for a least one of the two nights. All the rooms ending in 15 are affected, so ensure you’re not in one prior to paying for the room! The noise from the hallways carry into the room and we were awakened by noisy drunk guest coming in late. "

"Great location. Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Valet parking was prompt retrieving my vehicle. The hotel is on the older side and it has a very old-school vibe to it. I didn’t eat on sight but the restaurant looked good. Overall I was perfectly satisfied with the stay. "
