"I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. "Delicious breakfast. Good location in a quiet area of Shinjuku, although around 15 minutes walk to the closest metro station. One of the best bakeries in town, with plenty of vegan options, all excellent. We stayed there al the beginning of our trip and went back when we returned to Tokyo the last days of our trip."

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!

The room was pretty small for 3 adults, but as they say it’s Tokyo. The location is very convenient. Staff are pleasant. There’s lounge area where my son enjoyed playing vinyl records at the end of the day or early mornings.

Very clean. Good, convenient location. Multiple subway lines are about a 5-7 minute walk away, and Shimbushi station is close (Tokyo station is a little over a mile away). Walkable to Tsukiji market. A lot of food options within walking distance, and the complimentary breakfast pancakes are a good quick way to start the day. Great shower.
I had a great experience at this hotel during my one week stay. If you take the airport limousine bus from Narita airport, this hotel is only a two minute walk from the last Ginza stop which is at the Courtyard Marriot. I also took the limousine bus back to the airport and the staff allowed me to kill time in the lobby with my luggage until it was my time to leave. The room itself was very clean and cozy. I was able to comfortably open two big suitcases on the floor and arrange my things....
